Hi!

Is there anything I can do to normalize CVGM output (either locally on my machine only or helping out on the server)?

It's pretty annoying having to stop lunch, get up, come back to PC, adjust volume and go back to eat. :)

Am I the only one who dislike having to adjust the volume after each song? :/

For instance, I find the PC platform songs to have a much lower volume. After them I have to lower the volume so I don't get killed by the neighbors.

Cheers,

Isn't the streamer supposed to make use of replaygain to circumvent exactly this problem?

When a song is uploaded, the song is normalized through the scanner tool to make this happen. Some songs (especially long ones, or ones with varying amounts of volume) do have high/low points. For the most part though, I typically dont have to adjust volume. Maybe you need new headphones? ;)

Hmm, as you said, maybe it's because songs from older platforms have more constant volume levels and orchestral tracks from PC games tend to have really loud and really quiet parts.
