Heh. Sleep is overrated. If im awake, im up most times, and my ADHD rattled brain always finds something to do, like a squirrel chasing a peanut hehe

Oddly, even when I sleep an unusual number of hours like that, I can still feel tired, even though I shouldn't after sleeping that much.

Wow… I think that's around how much sleep I get sometimes! Very rarely, I can fight my mind and return to sleep more than 1–2 times and sleep more (though only 1 hour at a time), I can sleep for 6+ hours.

Sleep is complicated for me. If I try to fall asleep too early (even with sleep aids), I'll be stuck awake, and even if I can sleep once, once I wake up, my mind knows I want to return to sleep and starts creating itches for no reason.

That's unfortunate, but I guess that's why people rely on coffee. Usually I'm kind of tired but slowly wake up by night, but I didn't get much sleep and took too much sleep aids yesterday morning so it was worse than usual yesterday.
