The original song "Nyanyanyanyanyanyanya!", made with the vocaloid Hatsune Miku (?????), was uploaded by user daniwellP to Nico Nico Douga July 25, 2010. The song's lyrics refer to the Japanese word for the sound cats make, "ny?" (????).
