The most valued of all Commodore 64 musicians. Out of all musicians on the C64, Rob had his routines and code stolen and re-used more than any other. It could be claimed that in 1985 he was the first one to compose notable game music for home computers and his songs topped Zzap64 magazine's music charts for several consecutive years.

Hubbard has also composed some music for early PC sound cards (AdLib, MT-32) and for Sega Genesis/Megadrive. Electronic Arts is the label he is the most associated with.
