Adkisson was a staff composer for Broderbund throughout the 90's, working on various low-visibility titles in addition to the last two Vintage Universe Prince games as well as Army Men: Sarge's Heroes. With the collapse of the Broderbund corporate system at the turn of the millenium, Adkisson left the games industry (or was let go in one of the waves of dismissals engineered by the companies that bought out Broderbund) to begin her own web design company, Sparkem Studios.
